Since WiFi 7 is only expected to be finalised in 2024, I highly doubt Ubiquiti will jump to 7 and skip 6E. Then again, they only just released their first 6E device so they must either step on the gas or skip it. Personally, I would prefer to they just skip it and jump straight into 7 if that means we get it in Q1 2023.USG and CKG2+ were rackable (USG with third-party rack mount kit, CKG2/2+ with original Ubiquiti kit). This thing is not, and it has wifi too, which is not a good thing to have inside a metal rack. Even if you did not rack mount them, they were flat & small enough so you could fit them inside standard electrical box.I’ve been buying ubiquiti hardware for a long time.
